AudienLabs ("we", "our", or "us") operates as a programmatic intermediary router connecting audience traffic from verified publishers to third-party market research demand exchanges. 2. Information We Process
We strictly process minimal, non-sensitive demographic and technical parameters required for matching users with relevant market research surveys:

• Pseudonymous User Identifiers: Hashed session IDs and publisher identifiers (`sub_id`, `ext_user_id`).
• Demographic Attributes: Age/Year of Birth, Gender, and General Postal/Zip Code.
• Technical Device Metadata: IP address (utilized solely for real-time geolocation validation, multi-factor threat scoring, and proxy filtering) and User-Agent headers.

3. Zero Personally Identifiable Information (PII) Storage
AudienLabs does not store or process sensitive Personally Identifiable Information such as names, physical street addresses, financial accounts, social security numbers, or biometric data for survey routing. User profile data is transferred ephemerally via secure HTTPS to demand exchange partners solely to determine survey eligibility.

4. Data Transfers to Demand Partners
When a user qualifies for a market research study, demographic parameters are securely forwarded to integrated survey platforms (such as CPX Research, BitLabs, and Cint) via encrypted S2S (Server-to-Server) protocols or pre-authenticated redirect parameters.

5. Cookies and Threat Mitigation
We do not utilize tracking cookies for behavioral advertising. Temporary session cookies and browser fingerprinting hashes are deployed exclusively for our composite multi-factor risk engine to assess behavior, velocity control, and prevent malicious proxy or botnet activity.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, integrating with, or routing traffic through AudienLabs APIs or redirect endpoints, publishers and respondents agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Multi-Factor Risk Evaluation & Strict Anti-Fraud Policy
AudienLabs enforces zero tolerance for invalid traffic (IVT) utilizing a composite risk scoring system. The following activities constitute an immediate material breach, triggering automated rejection and reconciliation clawbacks:

• Utilizing Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), commercial proxies, Tor exit nodes, or data-center IP hosting to disguise respondent origin.
• Deploying automated headless browsers, macro scripts, or generative AI bots to simulate survey engagement.
• Encouraging or submitting fraudulent, contradictory, or fabricated demographic responses across multiple sessions.
• Exceeding established rate limits or conducting velocity abuse via rapid-fire duplicate survey submissions.

3. Validation, Reversals, and Sequential Liability
Survey compensation is contingent upon verified completion recognized by the end market research buyer. If an advertiser issues a chargeback due to detected inattention, speeder behavior, or demographic inconsistency, the corresponding transaction will be marked as invalid with zero liability accrued to AudienLabs.

4. Limitation of Liability
AudienLabs provides programmatic routing "as is." We do not guarantee unbroken availability or specific fill-rates for any geographical demographic segment.
